    E107 Parade

    Here you go Jeff.

For a very few minutes I actually thought about trying to build the set and then I realized how impossible that would be.

That Wagner is fantastic! You need to get some of these E107’s when you can otherwise you might not ever see them again.

Your card is very nice and would look nicer scanned. You can get an app for your iPhone or iPad which will allow you to scan directly from your device and I think it will work with cards. You take a straight on picture and then the program will adjust it so it comes up like a scan. It doesn’t work as well as a regular scanner but I use it for a lot of papers when I’m not by a computer and it does the trick good enough. If you have any interest let me know and I’ll get the name of the one I use.

The one I use is called scanner pro. Go into your App Store and type that. A bunch will come up so it’s a little confusing which to choose. I’ve attached a picture so you can see the one I use. Many don’t work well so I attached a picture of mine. I’m pretty sure it comes with a free trial to see if you like it. After that it’s like $20. And it’s very easy to use once you get the hang of it. If you need any help let me know.

Steve-How exactly does the app work? Do you take a picture with your iPhone and then the app correctly sizes it? Does it remove glare, which is my main probables when taking iPhone images? Thanks!

Yes you take a picture with your iPhone and it gives you a shape of a card to put it into. Then it will adjust itself for it to fit correctly. Then you have settings to deal with glare and anything else. It sounds complicated but it’s very simple.

Yes, you and Thaise were at the table. Hopefully, we can all meet up in Chicago next year.

Richard Masson had one at his table last year in Chicago. It was his dupe. Pretty hard card not to want

I hope so too, Jay. You made a blockbuster trade. I was in shock.

In AC I could have showed you the best Italian sub and Cheesesteak hoagie in the continental U.S (White House Sub Shop) been there since 1946. Maybe in 2023 or whenever it goes back to AC we can go.

We’ll have to do Gibson’s in Chicago next year (if there is a vaccine 🤞). They have an incredible peppered steak (or peppered salmon as I prefer). I bet Richard and Scott will come along too.

That would be great. Looking forward to it.. Trials are going well I read.

We stayed at the hotel (Sheraton) I think, that has the Gibson’s attached, and we did take out a couple of nights from there. I walked in there with athletic shorts and a t shirt on and people were giving looks. lol. Great steak and sides.
